When you use this form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and property details (address, type, and size). We also record the time slot you select for your consultation call.
Your information is used solely to schedule and conduct your free consultation call, send you a pre-call property report, and follow up on the outcome of that call. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest — you have actively requested a consultation — and where applicable, your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time.
If you do not proceed with Staymo's services, we retain your data for up to 12 months for follow-up purposes, then delete it. If you become a client, your data is retained for the duration of the contract plus 6 years as required by UK law.
